Mugwort is known to be ruled by the moon and a highly spiritual herb, helping to strengthen our connection to the higher realms and stimulate lucid dreaming. It’s smoke medicine is cleansing, calming, and helps us to connect to our “higher minds.”
Lavender smoke medicine is calming, cleansing, and purifying to the air, energy, and our bodies. It is said to be nourishing and healing to our heart space and encourages a state of inner peace.
Invitation: Find a fire safe dish, light your burn bundle and set in your dish for the duration of your bundle’s use and say this prayer aloud or to yourself -

May this medicine cleanse me of all that clouds the vision of my truest self and of anything that may dim the vibrance of the divine threads that tether me to my spirit.
